Am I tied in?
No. One flat monthly fee and a month’s notice, whenever you want. There is a one-off setup fee at the start, from £99 depending on the plan, and nothing else to sign.
I already have a website. Do I lose it?
No — we build from it. Your pages, your photographs and your wording are the best material available, and your old addresses are redirected so you keep the rankings you have.
How do I get something changed?
You send a message, the way you would text somebody. "Prices are up £5 from Monday" is enough. There is no dashboard to learn and no ticket to raise.
Changes to what your site SAYS happen straight away. Changes to what it IS — a new page, a different design — go to a person here, because those are decisions rather than edits.
Who actually answers my phone?
On Always On and Sorted, a natural voice answers in your business’s name, takes the details a job needs and books it into your diary. Anything it should not handle comes to you as a written summary. It is not a call centre and it is not a menu.
Will you post things I have not seen?
No. Nothing is published to your social accounts until you have approved it.
Is this only for trades?
It is built for businesses of one to five people who sell locally — trades mostly, but also studios, salons, shops and single-room practices. If you are the person who does the work and also the person who does the admin, it is built for you.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take your website content and your customer records with you, and we delete what we hold when you ask us to.
What does the setup fee cover?
It covers building the thing: reading your old site and your documents, writing your pages, processing your photographs and setting the phone desk up in your name.
It runs from £99 to £599, because it matches the plan: the smallest is a website, and the largest is a website plus a phone desk, a customer database and your books.
