Short version: we hold what we need to run your business’s marketing and admin, we do not sell it, and you can have it back or have it deleted whenever you ask.

What we hold, and why
- Your business details — to build and run your website and listings.
- Your contact details — to talk to you, and so you can sign in to your app.
- Your customers’ enquiries — because they come to us on your behalf. We are the processor for those; you are the controller.
- Messages you send us — including photographs and documents, to do the work you asked for.
What we do not do
- Sell or rent your data, or your customers’ data, to anybody.
- Use your customers’ details for our own marketing.
- Publish anything as you without showing it to you first.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies it can set are Google Analytics’, and only if you press Accept on the banner — nothing is requested from Google and nothing is stored in your browser until you do. If you press Reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics script is ever loaded.

We use what Analytics reports to see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. We do not use it to identify anybody, and we do not share it with anyone else. To change your mind at any time, press “Cookies” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting also deletes the Analytics cookies already in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. If you leave, you take your website content and your customer records with you.

This is an honest summary rather than a finished policy: retention periods, sub-processors and the ICO complaint route all need stating properly before launch. It is marked as not for indexing until then. Cookies are covered above.
