Prices are up a fiver from Monday. And the Vauxhall photo can go.

Nope. Cheers.

What you get

Eight jobs you are currently doing at nine at night

One monthly fee covers all of it. Start with the first four and add the rest when you are ready.

01

Website

Not a template you wrestle with on a Sunday night. A real site, written for your trade and your town, kept current by somebody who is not you.

More on website →

  • Built from your existing site, photos and documents
  • A page for each service, written for your town
  • Loads fast on a phone on site, on bad signal
  • Changed by sending a message, not filling a form

Every page is measured on Google’s own tooling before it goes live.

02

Local SEO

Not vanity rankings. The searches that end in a phone call: your trade, your town, right now.

More on local seo →

  • A page per service and per area you cover
  • Titles written as what somebody types, with the town in
  • Your details consistent everywhere they appear
  • Structured data so search engines can read the basics

You are told which searches you moved on, and which you did not.

03

AI Search

A growing share of “who should I call” now starts in ChatGPT rather than Google. Being absent there is the new being absent from the map.

More on ai search →

  • Pages an assistant can actually read and quote
  • Facts stated plainly instead of hidden in imagery
  • Structured business data kept accurate
  • Questions answered on the page, in your own words

The same page that reads well to a person reads well to a machine. That is the whole trick.

04

Phone Desk

A natural voice picks up, takes the details, and books the job into your diary. No hold music, no call centre, no script read at somebody.

More on phone desk →

  • Answers in your business’s name, day or night
  • Takes the details a job actually needs
  • Books into your diary, with the gaps respected
  • Sends you a readable summary of every call

Every call arrives as a written summary, so nothing depends on remembering it.

05

Social Media

You take the pictures anyway. Send them over and they come back as posts, written the way you talk, spread across the week.

More on social media →

  • Send photos by message; posts come back written
  • Your voice, not agency copy
  • Spread across the week, posted at sensible times
  • Approved by you before anything goes out

Nothing is published until you have seen it.

06

Reviews

Timing is most of it. The ask goes out when the job has just gone well, not three weeks later when the feeling has faded.

More on reviews →

  • Asked automatically when a job closes well
  • Sent in your name, in your words
  • One ask, not a campaign of reminders
  • Pointed at the listing that matters most

One ask per job. A customer is never chased twice for a favour.

07

Invoicing

Raised when the job is done, sent while it is fresh, and followed up politely until it is paid.

More on invoicing →

  • Raised from the job, not typed again
  • Sent while the work is still fresh
  • Chased on a schedule, politely, in your name
  • Reconciled against what actually arrived

You are told what is outstanding, in pounds, without asking for a report.

08

Bookkeeping

Not a January panic with a carrier bag of receipts. The books stay close to right, week by week.

More on bookkeeping →

  • Receipts filed as they arrive
  • Accounts kept current, not reconstructed
  • Cash-flow at a glance, in plain figures
  • Ready for your accountant instead of dumped on them

The books are current when you look, not when somebody has caught up.

How it works

Three steps, and then it is somebody else’s problem

01

Free audit

We look at what you have now and tell you what it is costing you, in plain figures.

02

Wire it up

We build it from what you already have, and set the voice up in your name.

03

It runs itself

After that you send a message when something changes. Everything else happens.

In their words

How owners describe it

These are illustrative examples, not customer reviews. They show the kind of thing the service does and the words a real owner might use. Nothing here is attributed to a real customer, and no quote is presented as one. Real reviews will replace them, named and dated, once clients have given permission.

Example
“I sent a photo of a bathroom from the van and by the evening it was on the website and on Facebook. That used to be a Sunday job I never did.”
Dean Bathroom fitter, Kettering · Foundations
Example
“The phone gets answered when I am under a floor. Two jobs last month came from calls I would simply have missed.”
Marie Electrician, Leeds · Always On
Example
“I stopped being the person who chases money. The invoices go out on the day and get followed up without me having to be the bad guy.”
Tom Groundworker, Bristol · Sorted
Example
“I asked for the prices page changing while I was having my tea. It was done before I finished.”
Priya Pilates studio, Harrogate · Booked

Questions

The things people ask before they start

Am I tied in?

No. One flat monthly fee and a month’s notice, whenever you want. There is a one-off setup fee at the start, from £99 depending on the plan, and nothing else to sign.

I already have a website. Do I lose it?

No — we build from it. Your pages, your photographs and your wording are the best material available, and your old addresses are redirected so you keep the rankings you have.

How do I get something changed?

You send a message, the way you would text somebody. "Prices are up £5 from Monday" is enough. There is no dashboard to learn and no ticket to raise.

Changes to what your site SAYS happen straight away. Changes to what it IS — a new page, a different design — go to a person here, because those are decisions rather than edits.

Who actually answers my phone?

On Always On and Sorted, a natural voice answers in your business’s name, takes the details a job needs and books it into your diary. Anything it should not handle comes to you as a written summary. It is not a call centre and it is not a menu.

Will you post things I have not seen?

No. Nothing is published to your social accounts until you have approved it.

Is this only for trades?

It is built for businesses of one to five people who sell locally — trades mostly, but also studios, salons, shops and single-room practices. If you are the person who does the work and also the person who does the admin, it is built for you.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take your website content and your customer records with you, and we delete what we hold when you ask us to.

What does the setup fee cover?

It covers building the thing: reading your old site and your documents, writing your pages, processing your photographs and setting the phone desk up in your name.

It runs from £99 to £599, because it matches the plan: the smallest is a website, and the largest is a website plus a phone desk, a customer database and your books.

Find out what it is costing you now

The free audit tells you where you show up, where you do not, and which enquiries are most likely going somewhere else. No obligation, and no sales call unless you ask for one.
